Saw that quote on social media and felt like adding to it. Really trying to get out of my own way when it comes to comics; no over-complicating the art when it only serves to take away from the joke, no reworking material to the point that whatever made it a good idea in the first place is totally lost. I want to get back to really being in love with making comics! A lot of the trouble comes from the time between having an idea and executing it, so I made that time zero to not talk myself out of making this. It's not a strong comic by any means but fuck it, I made something instead of ... not making something. That's a plus. Maybe for the next one I'll have a joke. No promises.
